Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the UK only. We hope to expand soon!

How long does delivery take?
We use Royal Mail’s next-day delivery service. Orders are posted within 48 hours of purchase. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on the day of the week.
What packaging do you use?
Our t-shirts come in bespoke branded matte black gift tubes, perfect for gifting or reuse. The tubes are placed in weather-proof mailing bags for protection.
Returns
How do I return an item?
Email us at hello@humanandbear.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange.
What if my product is faulty or incorrect?
Contact us immediately at hello@humanandbear.co.uk. If the fault is confirmed, we’ll cover return postage costs and resolve the issue quickly.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed. Please allow up to 7 working days for your bank to complete the transaction.

We accept debit/credit cards, AMEX, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Android Pay.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, gift cards are available to use at Human and Bear.
Where can I apply a discount code?

Managing My Order
What happens after I place an order?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email, followed by a dispatch notification when your order ships.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are posted on a next-day delivery service. Allow 3-5 business days for processing, packing, and transit.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you’ll receive a tracking number in your dispatch email.
Can I make changes to my order?
Email us at hello@humanandbear.co.uk within 2 hours of ordering. Changes cannot be made once your order is dispatched.

Will sold-out products be restocked?
We produce limited quantities to avoid waste. Some items may be restocked based on demand, but older collections are unlikely to return.
